Machine
Pitch Baseball Tournament
When:
June 15th, 16th and 17th 2012 (Friday, Saturday
& Sunday)
**Depending
on the number of teams the tournament might not be all 3 days**
Where:
Black Creek North and South Diamond
We will again have the 8 and under Machine Pitch Class A
tournament. The teams will consist
of up to 12 players (boys and/or girls) 8 years old or younger as of May
1st, 2012. This tournament will be
played with pool play on Friday and Saturday and then teams are bracketed based
on pool results for Sunday.
We
will also have the 8 and under Machine Pitch Class B tournament. The
teams will consist of up to 12 players (boys and/or girls) 8 years old or
younger as of May 1st, 2012. This
tournament will be played with pool play on Friday and Saturday and then teams
are bracketed based on pool results for Sunday.
Our
goal is to have the stronger teams participate in the Machine Pitch class A
tournament and the younger players play on Machine Pitch Class B teams.
Please follow the spirit
of this goal.
Class A
* This is meant for the more experienced kids

We will be using the Pitching machine only
Class
B
*
This is meant for the younger kids and the less experienced players
*
The kids will get 3 strikes off the Pitching machine and then ONE (swing) chance
to hit off of the Tee. If the ball is not hit fair or past the 15ft arc, the
player will be out.
Once
again we will present quality awards to the players/teams.
Both the Machine Pitch class A & B awards will be as follows.
There
will be 12 awards per team broken down as follows:

Entry
fee is $150.00 per team for the Machine Pitch tournament.
The registration forms and entry fees will be taken until the tournaments
are full or until June 1st . Tournament
schedule and final rules will be sent out about a week prior to the tournament.
