2007 BCYouthSports  Softball Information

Black Creek’s Softball program is for girls finishing third through sixth grades.  Softball teams play twice a week in Black Creek, Shiocton or Seymour.  Softball games could be Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday nights.  Teams in the Softball program are broken into a third/fourth grade team and a fifth/sixth grade team.

Families are asked to provide one volunteer for two one-hour sessions in the concession stands opposite their child’s game.

Our main objective as coaches and parents in Softball is to help strengthen the children’s self-esteem, increase their understanding of teamwork and have fun while making new friends.  Through baseball we have the opportunity to develop the children’s athletic skills, encourage sportsmanship, all while teaching America’s pastime.  Have Fun!!!
