Games
Games will be 50
minutes or 5 innings. If games
are called off because of rain, they will be made up the following Sunday at
the scheduled time. Rainout
decisions will be made by 3:30 on game day.
Coaches will attempt to notify his/her players and notice will be
posted on www.bcyouthsports.com. All
games are played at the South Park.
Pictures
A photographer will
be at the field on Wednesday June 20th to take team and individual photos.
You will have the option to order packages that day from Simply To
Inspire Photography by Heather Hasse. You will be given an order form with picture options and payment
envelope. Please be at the field 30 minutes before your game to allow time for
the pictures.
Parade
Players and coaches
are invited to participate in the BCYS float during the Black Creek Lions’
Family Daze Parade. Wear your uniform and meet
the float on Birch St. at 11:00 AM on Saturday June 2nd.
Picnic
A season-ending
picnic will be scheduled for early August at Lake Park .
Please bring a dish to pass; meat and beverages will be provided.
Uniforms will be collected then (not hats).
If you cannot attend, please have a friend bring the uniform(s) or make
arrangements with Steve Cegielski @ 920-362-0966.
