or T-Ball Team for $100 per season. Name
and/or Logo will appear on the chest of the uniforms.
Coach Pitch and T-Ball Teams play in Black Creek. Sponsor names are
included on the Black Creek Youth Sports float in the Family Daze Parade and in
the Times Press/Buyers’ Guide at the end of the season.
Double

Purchase a 4’ by 8’
sign to hang on the outfield fence at the South Ball Diamond for the initial
cost of the sign plus $100 per season.
Money will be used to repair or replace equipment for boys’ and
girls’ summer baseball/softball programs.
(Estimated cost of the sign with one color is $150.
Additional colors are $50 each.)

the parents and
sponsors. If you would like to submit a cash donation, please contact the league administrator by clicking here . We hope to raise enough money to purchase the following list of items
in for the kids and the community.
